A better option would be to make everyone own at least one gun per decade of life. And maybe also ensure a variety in the gun types, so no more than two handguns, shotguns, sub machine guns, assault rifles, sniper rifles, air defence systems or tanks. As of right now, at least 16 dead but expected to rise. 3 locations in Lewiston (small city where the Clay-Liston fight was). Lewiston is home for many Somalis. The shooter is white male ex-army. Would not surprise me if he targeted Somalis. One of the locations was a bowling alley having a youth night. My sister knows someone whose sister was shot but survived.
