They have nowhere near enough talent and get found out every week. Someone needs to organise us to at least compete. I can't see how this is what is asked of them by the coaching staff, why on earth would anybody ask them to do that? We'll be very lucky to get anything from this, counter attacking doesn't work if you can't defend and without Vlaar we look awful at the back.
