Xela
Without work, you'd all be in bed 24/7, wanking yourselves blind to midget porn. ...and? Had today off work to do just that. Well, not the midget porn. Japanese lesbian porn was my genre of choice today. With the sound off no doubt , those Japanese groans are bloody annoying Indeed. They always sound and look as though they are in pain, even with just one finger up their snatch.

AVFCDAN
Honestly I would be bored to death within 2 weeks. When I was made redundant and was out of work for 3 months it really fecked with my head. But was that down to being out of work and being worried about money? If you had had a substantial amount of money and not needed to work again would it have changed your mindset? hmmmm, fair point, i suppose that had something to do with it. But i think everyone needs the yin and yang, if it wasn't for the long days at work and the stressful times you wouldn't appreciate your free time anywhere near as much, unless you are an old geezer like mike then you've earned your free time

If someone gave me £800k tomorrow I would quit my job immediately and see how it all panned out. Would be tough to keep myself amused intellectually though. Xela
If I didn't work again I'd still need something to stimulate me, give me a reason to get out of bed in the morning. I'd probably do courses, learn languages, travel a lot and generally keep my mind active. My work is currently getting me down so I'm going through a career crisis at the minute. Been at my current employers 13 years and guess I have got comfortable. I need to push myself to make a change.

Not sure how old you are but I'd doubt it would be enough tbh For example Pay off your mortgage , new car , few holidays and what not and suddenly you've got say £400k and maybe 50 years ahead of you .... Ok people do retire with far less and you don't have to blow a big chunk of it ... But then whats the point of having £800k if you aren't going to enjoy it I'd rather keep working and have the £800k and do all the things I enjoy whilst topping up my fund

Just listening to it or this first time. Someone obviously got a Morris Day & The Time album for Christmas.
