An appeals court in Arkansas has ruled that boycotts do not represent free speech and therefore can be discriminated against. This came about because a number of states brought laws to combat the BDS movement (which basically around to boycott Israel) that require entities that wish to undertake state contracts to pledge they do not boycott Israel in any way for the period of the contract. The Arkansas Times wouldn't make that pledge, lost a contract and went to court to decide it. They now will be taking it to the Supreme Court...
