We often see it with players who go to a big team for a year and hardly play, they just lose something whether it's motivation or fitness e.g. Sidwell, Victor Moses, Sinclair, Johnson. They only gave him a 2 year deal, I wonder what he'd have got if he'd joined us in January. It was round the time some said nobody could do better than Lambert.
