Also Harrison and Adams injured until the first international break so might not be able to make any money on those, unless teams willing to buy them whilst injured then Gnonto, Sinisterra, and Summerville will be the only players left they can sell for decent fees, presuming they don't have clauses too. Only two weeks until the start of the Championship season, they've got a lot of work to do, Ampadu the only signing so far, Sam Byram is there on trial. useless Posted July 22, 2023 Share Posted July 22, 2023 That game is early August, Leeds might still have some of their better attacking players at that point and will have presumably signed a few other players by then as well, blose have strengthened more than was expected and should have good chance of surviving but their team still isn't that great they will be doing well to finish in the top half, so Leeds still should have enough to give them a good game. useless Posted August 6, 2023 Share Posted August 6, 2023 2-2 is still a bad result for Leeds at home to Cardiff team that could well be in another relegation battle. Their starting line-up looked not good as well, no improvements to the defence that's been letting them down so badly, midfield still pretty much non existent, a bunch of wingers, a few of which there's a good chance will leave them, and no striker. As it stands I wouldn't be overly confident of them coming back up, they essentially need to strengthen all areas of pitch other than wingers, presuming they manage to keep a two or three of Summerville, Harrison, Gnonto, James, and Sinisterra.
