DiegoD
Well seems like us staying up may rely on N'zogbia,he has looked a lot better lately so lets hope we can see a couple of those performances that kept Wigan up.
PieFacE Posted January 21, 2013 VT Supporter Share Posted January 21, 2013 Anyone else think that Benteke coming into the team has given him a kick up the ass? They're meant to be best mates and look like they enjoy playing together.
8pints
Hope he does continue to improve and add some goals to his game as that's what he did for Wigan to help them out immensely.
Jarpie
There were couple chances against WBA where he should've shot but tried to get past one or two more players but that's probably being rusty after being injured for a while. I hope he gets really fired up against Bradford, Millwall and Newcastle.

PieFacE Posted January 21, 2013 VT Supporter Share Posted January 21, 2013 (edited) I've not heard that one. Pretty sure nzogbia came out and said that Benteke is closest to him in the dressing room. Maybe they both speak French? Edited January 21, 2013 by PieFacE
Swerbs
I read somewhere that N'Zogbia was helping Benteke settle in so they've probably become mates?
KjParton
Yep i read somewhere - think it was a CNZ interview.
dont_do_it_doug.
That's really good news. N'Zogbia isn't a trouble maker, I don't buy that, but he does strike me as a bit of a loner. People underestimate just how important being happy in the work place can be related to performance.
Mattyp_avfc
Loving the new look Charles Nzo, hoping for another good performance from him v Bradford....

They can't speak French so they let the funky music do the talking
wildwood
Screw it - I'm going to be positive. N'Zogbia has impressed me in the last couple of games.

TRO
If he had of had players running intelligently off the ball, he may have looked even better.

Delphinho123
N'Zogbia, Agbonlahor, Weimann and Benteke are our only chance of staying up as things currently stand. Unfortunately you can only really play 3 of them (IMO). CNZ has looked decent last few matches. Our Defence is shocking, Clark, Bennett, Bannan, Westwood and Delph are just woeful in a defensive sense. I honestly can see this lad being key. IF he continues like he has done recently. R.I.C.O.
He looked like the only one who really cared tonight. Lets hope he can keep it up under the new (i hope) manager.

Could we not go: Guzan Lowton Vlaar Clark LB delph westwood zog gabby Benteke Weimann At this stage, I'd even be tempted to swallow my pride and bring back Warnock. DeepDish
He was good today. Think him, Agbnonlahor and Benteke will have a huge impact the rest of the season (relative to the last month's result....).
