Not: "Is Gabby good enough for England?" but: "Is Gabby more deserving of a place and has he played much better than half the attacking players Hodgson has called up into the squad?" If it was a foreign coach getting these results, there would be outcry. Anyway, I don't care, we know Gabby is good enough and we get the best of him.
