BBC Sport V france - Terry 7 , Lescott 7 v Sweden - Terry 6 , Lescott 6 v Ukraine - Terry 8 , lescott 7 v Italy - Terry 7 , Lescott 6 of course that's the opinion of the BBC but it does kinda go against your argument the torygraph have them more evenly matched but give Terry a higher rating than Lescott for the Sweden game , making terry an overall winner v Lescott as well had you argued Gerrard over Terry you may have had a stronger claim i suspect ..... And it quite clearly read Germany 4-1 England but it doesn't stop people bleating about it. I think the most one-eyed England fan would still admit that it was a goal. He's good but he's getting old and he's just simply not a team player. You don't **** your team-mate's wife if you're a team player. Also, we've not even come close to winning a trophy in the ten years he has been in the England team. He is slowing down dramatically, and was left standing a few times in the Euros. For some to say he was our best player is ludicrous. England were shockingly shit and never deserved to get out of the group. They were totally outclassed by Sweden. Time to get rid.
