Can’t help but feel the directors not being there today has massively helped Lampard. Both in the short and long term.

Initially the fury will be directed their way. And when he does go, it will be “Yeah, but Everton have had bigger problems than the manager for years, can’t put it all on Lampard...”

Which is fair and correct up to a point. But the shit show at Everton is kinda making Lampard’s limitations more opaque. I don’t actually mind Lampard, in the main I think it’s just another case of taking on a massive job he’s not up to.

Yes but if they sack a shit manager and bring in a competent one (Dyche) then they might actually stay up  and the fans will be satisfied again.

At this rate they will have a £500 million stadium playing in the Championship.

The longer they leave frank in charge the more they will be adrift at the bottom soon enough, they have West Ham away next weekend they ain’t winning that even though West Ham are awful this season, they will be in the new stadium in the championship
