Davkaus
I talk about the need for romance and losing the love, @DJ_Villain talks about shooting loads over people. I suspect he's having a more fun Friday night. Edited September 29, 2023 by Davkaus

Yes, and we've been very happy since. Granted, she now has a minge like a smashed out fireplace, but none of us are perfect. 5

Why? because I came up with an analogy? what about the dozens of grown adults on this forum - fawning over a bloke who left, plucking petals from a rose, waiting patiently for the day that he comes back (because he said he wants to, and that must mean he loves you) despite the fact that he couldn’t have made it clearer he didn’t want to be around you anymore… to the point that he was more than happy to cheat when he was playing against you and celebrated quite passionately that his cheating helped to make you lose? That, to me, is just as bizarre 4
villa4europe
I'm not waiting for him to come back... I'm hoping we're well past him by the time he starts to jump around as he gets shipped out of various clubs Doesn't mean I don't like him, or even hate him, just because he joined man City and then that blind hate leads me to pretend he wasn't even that good here anyway
Popular Post villa4europe
And the better analogy would be that your ex who you were punching above your weight to be with anyway but you were high school sweet hearts has left you for a successful rich guy she met in town you're now walking round town in your favourite grey tracksuit telling anyone who'll listen that she looks a clearing in the woods on insta in her posh gucci dress and she was shit in bed anyway 1

We're just acknowledging he was an excellent player for us, and we're not going to rewrite history because we were disappointed/angry that he left.
Popular Post stuart_75
I want to hear more analogies about loads being shot. I thought it was hilarious.
DJBOB
Sorry to reiterate but really is sad watching him these days. He’s never been exceptionally prodigious in the final third and yet that’s where he will get most of his touches. I have a feeling City wanted him to turn into a KDB/Bernardo/Foden type who could play in the 8/10 role on the half turn and they tried him centrally in the beginning. But for me, he’s never been great in that role. Facing forward, given freedom to drive in and take out defenders was his best ability. And now it’s just a pass back simulator.

Pinebro
Would not take him back. His off the field antics was an embarrassment for the football club. Thanks for the 100 million and glad he is gone.

tinker Posted October 1, 2023 VT Supporter Share Posted October 1, 2023 He looks half the player that left us, scared to play his real game. Another season and he's off is my guess but reckon by that time he's a £25-35m player. Crazy how such a creative player can become so.......crap. Don't think he will ever reach the type of influence he had for us in games again. Good for him, sad for football.
MrBlack
They didn't need him. They didn't win anything they wouldn't have without him. They needed a Haaland type player when they bought Grealish, and still did for the year after. It took Haaland's 12 goals to win them the trophy they wanted. He became a £100m cog in the machine. But that's what they can afford to do thanks to their cheating.
Genie
I just saw a stat, since the start of last season Garnacho has more goals than Grealish, in over 2000 fewer minutes. I know it’s not all about goals for Jack that is a worrying stat. Maybe why Pep is hinting his days at City are numbered.

I think since the online City farm bots have been criticizing him recently that the club will start to phase him out soon. Think they will listen to offers next season

Plenty will be interested but not at £300k/w and Jack obviously won’t be agreeing to a multimillion pound pay cut.
