Reactions like this sum up the problem with football fans and why nothing will be done to improve the officiating. Too many willing not to care when it works in their favour.

It’s only natural for fans though. I honestly didn’t care Leeds were denied a clear penalty last night. Did anyone?

No that was a good one. But you have to think it never would’ve happened if that first one was rightly called off.

Don't disagree with that, just couldn't tell from the angle. Looked tight (KW.gif)

He's completely interfering with play

The standard of officiating in this country is appalling.

There’s something in the water for all refs. Or maybe we’re just hyper critical of it with the advent of instant replay but refs seems to be getting worse across the board.

Was Rashford offside for the 2nd?

Nah they got that one right.

But still fuming about that first one, VAR have all the tools to handle it and have a usually decent ref (Michael Oliver) on the case. Linesman has absolutely got it right, he’s one of the best in the game. Got to investigate that one, something not right.

Not a chance in a billion years, even with the “rule change” that Walton talked about, is that onside. He’s so clearly interfering. He’s running alongside the **** ball and basically dummies it!?!!!?!?

they need to clarify this rule and quick. we're going to see deliberate decoy runs from offside positions otherwise

Hopefully it doesn’t muddy the waters by clarifying though. They thought VAR would make life easier and it’s made things even more complicated.
