Some are making the argument that with our form quietly picking up and the huge dumpster fire at Chelsea/Liverpool/Spurs right now that this season is a chance to "go for Europe" and we should be investing more now vs this summer. Unfortunately, I don't think it's going to work like that. You can't spend every window like Chelsea is spending right now or eventually you'll start racking up fines and sanctions. Give ourselves 4/5 months with the new players before the summer, then go into the pre season with the core players already settled in. Might cost more now but better in the long run.
