Pogba certainly isn't the only talented player to show up at United and struggle. There's no plan there. He's far from perfect and sometimes tries to make the spectacular play instead of the easy one, but by all accounts, he's a terrific teammate, and when in a situation with stability or direction -- like, say, the French national team -- he flourishes. 2 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

It feels like a very Villa thing tbh. So many times over the years you look at two Villa players and think if only we could merge those two together. What a player that would be, Pogbas ability with a giant arse and a work rate that suggests he doesn’t believe he deserves to be there. No, but not because I don't think he's a good player. I think a lot of what he's best at is already accomplished by Coutinho and Buendia. I just think United being a shitshow clouds how good of a player he is. Put him on a team that doesn't have its head a few miles up its own ass and he'll be more consistent too.
