Wezbid
Mee would be out of here quicker than David Usworth if we were ever dumb enough to bring him in. Thankfully, I don't think we are.
paul514
Ben Mee can sign for us if he wants a packet of crisps per week as his wage and his signing on fee is -£20,000,000 to make up for Wesley.

Haha take us seriously! And yet some Villa fans think they have a chance of signing Richarlison. Honestly and i mean no disrespect here why would Richarlison leave Everton for Villa? The fact is he wont in the same way Watkins wouldn't leave Villa for Everton. Its clear for everyone to see he loves the club he is at but he wants to win things and play in the CL. He will only move from us to a club who's in a position to offer him that immediately and that's not Villa. You might make an offer the club accept but the player would refuse as he still has 2 years left on his contract.

Yes but the same could and probably was said about, Coutinho, Carlos and Kamara all 3 could have easily gone to a CL club in-fact all three were already at CL clubs, I don’t think we will be in for him anyway, we already have 10 goals per season forwards at the club, but it’s not far fetched to say we could buy him if we wanted, I mean we bought Dinge off you , one of your best players , and you had El Ghazi a fringe Villa player, it’s not that Everton is not a big club it’s not that your current manager is clueless, it’s the sheer and utter incompetence of you Board that worries me and I wouldn’t put anything past them.

You bought Digne of us for one reason and one reason only! Benitez, if another manager had been at us we would of still had Digne. Yes our board are shambolic at best but like i said even if we accepted an offer Richarlison would refuse. Buying players from CL clubs like the 3 you mentioned is how we are in the situation were in, one big fat payday that's all, i may be wrong but yous seem to be going down the road we went down. You will have ageing players on big money with no resale value. Gerrard is buying for the here and now, if it pays off then great if he doesnt it could leaves yous in a right mess

FWIW again - i dont think anyone will come for him, this is all theoretical based on a garbage made up link to villa

Many say that, but Kamara is 22, we have one of the youngest squads in the Premier League, Jacob Ramsey nominated for PFA young player of the season , Tim Iroegbunam (18) made his full debut vs Norwich, Carney Chuckwemeka (18) featured this season, Cameron Archer scored 4 goals in cup matches, we have and abundance of young quality players, and have invested heavily in the academy which also resulted in winning the FA youth cup last season a competition that had been dominated by the likes of City and Chelsea for the last 10 years.
villaglint
Just speaking hypothetically how many CL clubs would be in a position to buy Richarlison? Difficult to think of many outside of PL who would have the finances available to buy him. Are Spurs, Chelsea, Liverpool or City going to buy him? So if he wants to leave Everton for a new challenge after 4/5 yrs he’ll probably have to pick the project he believes in most.

Villa fans think you’re just behind we were when we circled the drain for a few years before getting relegated and nearly going out of business due to financial mismanagement. Time will tell I guess. Fact is we’re both very similar clubs trying our best to get some success when the odds are stacked in the favour of the big 6. We both deserve more. The Richarlison talk gave Villa fans some entertainment on a day when there was nothing else going on. We know we’re not buying him, we wouldn’t pay the fee and yes he’d probably see it as sideways move. Wouldn’t surprise me if he did go to a side not in the CL tho.
