We will be in this situation for years where we have to compete for top talent and we'll lose out on most of them. The more that find it a really tough call between us and the Elite clubs the better. Every now and then we'll convince one and be a better team for it and it'll make the next one a little bit more likely. We either need to convince the top players to join us like this, or develop our own. Both are a lottery in their own right and it looks like we're having a good crack at both. We probably have hit on all the numbers for him, but if we have offered him a contract then I could see us being used. If we are meeting his demands and he still hasn’t signed on the dotted line, then he is waiting for a ‘bigger’ club to come in. I know what you’re saying, it’s a bit disappointing for me as I was hoping that we might be able to sign him, but it is starting to look less likely.
