foreveryoung Posted February 19 Share Posted February 19 If I'm being fair, I do think he has the technical know how of a coach, just cannot apply it to the players, due to atitude and that he has no idea how to manage a team. I have the same with one of my guys at work, academically smart as paint, but will not adjust his ways to teach others, just expects them to know and thinks everyones thick when they don't understand him.
