Just looked at the fixtures for the CL tonight, is the group stage draw fixed? It's unnaturally balanced between the nations, 2 PL teams last night, 2 tonight etc but it's the same for every nation, France 1 last night 1 tonight, Italy, Spain, Germany etc all spread, even Ukraine 1 last night 1 tonight, there's no country with 2 teams that has an imbalance of say 2 games last night and none tonight or 3 and 1

There's no way a random draw generates such a balance

It's "seeded", which is the politically correct term for "rigged".

I don't watch it but my understanding of the seeds is that the PL champions go in pot 1 and the other 3 go in pot 2 due to the coefficient

That still wouldn't automatically result in 2 of them playing Tuesday and 2 of them playing Wednesday

Or do they literally draw it where man City end up in group A, Liverpool get drawn in group D and then the other 2 can not go in to group B or C? Because yeah that's rigged as ****

tbh you gotta give Derby credit so far this season, they were 100% nailed on for relegation before the season started.

If they didnt have the point deduction they would be borderline playoff contenders right now, even with the deduction they arent giving up....amazing tbh.

When United played well last season they used to press. Villareal have had all the time in the world to play. Terrible first half performance

Ronaldo can't do it anymore so that's a massive issue for them considering so many strikers are good at it nowadays.

Don't think it's an age thing as Cavani is still pretty good at it but no chance they'll shift him wide. Rashford will certainly be starting again when he's fit though.
