Pre-Match Thread

Recommended Posts

Not sure who/how many will still be affected due to current turbulent times, Certainly not ideal preparation/training sessions given the 10 day isolation ends around Thursday/Friday?

On a side note DCL has been ruled out with hamstring problem for them.

Would be nice game for Barkley to get a bit fruity on his long awaited return.

Referee: Anthony Taylor.

Assistants: Gary Beswick, Adam Nunn.

Fourth official: Chris Kavanagh.

VAR: Mike **** Dean.

Assistant VAR: Andy Halliday.

Oh good. Mike Dean is on VAR. I wonder how he'll manage to make it the Mike Dean show? We can only hope it's in our favour.

Allan out, DCL likely out.

With no virus you'd say we had a chance here but who knows what state we'll be in.

At least it isn't a West Brom or Newcastle where we'd normally think we'd be taking three points.

Richarlison also carrying a knock apparently. Having a late fitness test against the dingles later

Complete unknown this one. No idea who has been ill or how ill they've been. We could be full strength or bare bones.

Really not looking forward to this one but that's mainly out of unfounded pessimism on how badly we've been affected based on nothing but the fact we've played really well almost every game so far and are due a disaster.

I would like to think this game is Conditional pending your reservations mentioned above.

Exactly, this and city would be very tough games anyway. Considering the circumstances can handle losing the next 2 if we can bounce back and get a win against Burnley.

Kinda Expected it to be honest but still, **** a duck

With current government restrictions, the best you can do is to stand 2M away from the duck and stare provocatively.

if the training ground hasn’t reopened yet, and given the timing of the reported cases, I’m not sure how we could fulfill this with anything resembling the first team.

So no Calvert, decoure got a yellow tonight so he’s out. Unsure on other injuries for Everton but they won’t have their best XI against us.

it’s a question of who we will have missing
