Mark Harrison is our Head of Academy recently appointed, Maye was Albion's Head of Academy Coaching, which apparently is a different role, found this short video of him talking about some of his ideas... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z0ZZscuqIBY.

And here's is a longer podcast posted on youtube

He's signed from semi pro club Melville United just down the road from me here in NZ, he was on trial at villa for a couple of weeks and apparently impressed. The club say they forego any development fee for him to help him get the contract. I don't know much about him but he was their reserve team keeper and first team backup, I assume he wasn't first team keeper due to age rather than ability. I play in the same league as one of their reserve sides so may even have come up against him at some point!

Do you know how old he is?

Some video clips from what looks like his final year in school football, he finished school in 2018 so my guess is he's probably 18 or 19 now? I don't know him so I'm not going to say it's definitely him, but looks like him and he's a goalkeeper, right age range and the right part of NZ, so fairly safe to say it is I think. @Pembers who do you play for up there? I play down south in the Southern Prem for Wanaka (I've been injured all season though boo hoo).

Not sure but i'd agree with Monsieur H and say he'd be 18/19.

I play for Te Aroha COBRAS in Waikato division 1. A few tiers below the Melville first team but they have a side in our division that's normally quite strong in comparison to the rest of the teams, so judging by Searle's age and ability I'd say it's likely he's played in that team and I've come up against him sometime in the last few years. I've never scored against Melville so if I have faced him he's done a decent job :D

Just had Noel on the phone, apparently we’re not letting spectators in to Bodymoor or the Recon as it now known. I thought I’d let others know in case they decide to venture down

Could have sworn I read the name was reversed after the recent takeover.

Apparently we have agreed to sign some Nigerian lad named Iffy Udanoh according to Nigerian papers.

16 y.o 6ft4 :o defender who was also chased by Plop and Wet Spam among others.

Holds an American passport and is also eligible to play for England (according to the Birmingham Mail)

Had a trial with the club during the summer.
