Popular Post sidcow Posted April 28, 2022 VT Supporter Popular Post Share Posted April 28, 2022 (edited) Number of tests undertaken in the last 7 days are down 1.4% on the previous week. Number of cases in the last 7 days are down 32% on the previous week. 23.2% less people admitted to hospital in the last 7 days than in the previous week. The curves in the graph are sharply down for patients in hospital and are curving downwards for people on ventilators and deaths. Expect to see those last 2 metrics tumble in the next few weeks in line with the quickly reducing hospital numbers. Hopefully the back is now broken. The summer should be fairly clear, just need to see what kind of comeback it can stage next winter, hopefully very little. Begone foul beastie. El Zen
I’m on an over-crowded bus with two ladies behind me, runny noses and coughing heavily without a care in the world. Makes almost overcome with nostalgia.

Xela
Was at an arena last night with circa 10,000 others. If I'm ever going to catch Covid, I imagine last night was the time!

Totally over it now.

It works some companies but some ut doesnt. For example since working from home the virgin media customer service has gone from crap to utter uttee dog shit. They are rude on the phone, hang up on you and dont answer the phones. They can get away with it as mo one monitors them. So with british gas

The bar was already very low but if they've got worse, I'm actually quite impressed. Edited May 6, 2022 by choffer punctuation

I'm impressed you know they're being rude to you. When I speak to them I generally cannot understand a word they say. I yearn for the early days when I got that thick Scottish brogue where I could follow every other word. 1

I do lose some time to wanking breaks, but I've run the numbers and the productivity boost is a net positive.
