Dr_Pangloss
Needs to move decisively and make the right appointment. So far he has been a disaster for a chairman. Edited September 12, 2017 by Dr_Pangloss

Dodgyknees
No smart arse **** wisdom please. Just sack the manager and actually put some effort into finding somebody who can manage.

If you look at the fact he spent a lot of money, then appointed a director of football, then sacked a manager, then spent loads of money and will now have to sack another... it hasn't exactly been a bed of roses.

The Tony resentment is 100% down to him not sacking Bruce yet, nothing else.

villa89
2 managerial appointments and both have been up there with the worst in the club's history. Let's hope it's 3rd time lucky.

But as there are a lot of unhappy folks on here tonight I haven't the desire to be thrown on a bonfire for uttering some sort of balance so off you go goblins, vent away!

I still think both managerial appointments were fair enough, just haven't worked out. At least he's given them every chance to succeed in terms of money and a fair crack in terms of matches. Tens of millions spent on players to finish 13th in the Championship last season and now what 18th after 7 games? Not hyperbolic at all, so far it has been a total unmitigated disaster with absolutely no positives.

Genie
Biggest mistake Dr T has made was buying too many players. He has been too good in that respect. Can't keep overhauling half the squad every transfer window and expect them to gel.

So far he has been a shambles and is leading us to new depths of disaster. Nothing good has come out of his tenure so far, nothing at all. There have been no improvements on or off the pitch.
