We gave Paul Lambert 2 and a half years and we got worse and worse. You don't just give anyone time just because, that's just stupid. They need to earn it. Once a manager shows they deserve time to build something I'm sure they will be given the opportunity to try and build something. 2 wins in 20 isn't worthy of extra time to build here, just like Tim Sherwood didn't deserve more time.
