ArteSuave Posted August 10, 2014 Posted August 10, 2014 Clicko el Linko Quote Aston Villa are in talks over a bid to sign Colombia international midfielder Carlos Sánchez. Defensive midfielder Sánchez is currently at Spanish club Elche, but Villa are interested in bringing the 28-year-old to England. Villa had been hopeful of signing Ki Sung-yueng from Swansea, but progress on that deal stalled and it appears they may now have turned to Sánchez. Sánchez has made 44 appearances for Colombia and played in all of his country’s World Cup matches in Brazil.
HanoiVillan Posted August 10, 2014 Posted August 10, 2014 Really hope this happens, would allow us a lot more tactical flexibility.
KSV Posted August 10, 2014 Posted August 10, 2014 Would be a superb signing especially for 4 million.
8pints Posted August 10, 2014 Posted August 10, 2014 If we sign him, I bagsie writing a certain sentence. Those who would use that particular sentence, know what I mean. So none of those people write the sentence it if we sign him, because I will write it. I'm not having another Hakuna Matata/Yacouba Sylla/Leandro Bacuna conversation 3
VillaChris Posted August 10, 2014 Posted August 10, 2014 Telegraph eh....? Looks like this is the plan B for Ki....and not a bad target at all. Good experience from the world cup, wages won't be an issue and physical.

I personally think Matt Law has wrote that article based on bullcrap that has been posted on Twitter by an account that has many gulliable followers.
useless Posted August 10, 2014 Posted August 10, 2014 Nothing wrong with being a bit gullible with regards to who your team might be signing. It's only football after all.

Nuh uh, if you admit to believing something transfer related which turns out to not be true then the people who said it wasn't true are legally entitled to your entire estate... Either that or they'll just try and belittle you on the internet, I forget which. 3
RichiBoi11 Posted August 11, 2014 Posted August 11, 2014 Words can't describe just how badly I want this to be true. As many people discussed in the Cissokho thread it looks like we could have a back four of complete units this year and if you could get Sanchez in front of them we'd look a much more solid and resultant outfit than we have in years

Benteke and Kozak return and suddenly were a threat off set pieces.
Isa Posted August 11, 2014 Posted August 11, 2014 A defensive-midfielder that can actually protect the defence. Imagine... 4
BleedClaretAndBlue Posted August 11, 2014 Posted August 11, 2014 QPR will offer him double the wages we will then its case closed :/
tomh621 Posted August 11, 2014 Posted August 11, 2014 A defensive-midfielder that can actually protect the defence. Imagine... Damn. Is that even a thing? It's been so long...
niblot Posted August 11, 2014 Posted August 11, 2014 A defensive-midfielder that can actually protect the defence. Imagine... What is this protecting the defence that you speak of? 1
Popular Post Ponky Posted August 11, 2014 Popular Post Posted August 11, 2014 The rock in front of the defence? We shall call it: reinforced concrete. 11
