Culverhouse and Karsa sacked

This could be very telling. If they are not replaced.. then you would think that we are just awaiting a takeover/new manager to step in.

If they are replaced then obviously nothing is imminent. Unless the new assistant manager and coach are of the new managers and are just hired early..........

Why do people think there will necessarily be a new manager if there is a takeover? It's not exactly unusual for new owners to keep the previous management when they initially take over.

We need to cling to the hope that new owners would be sensible enough not to keep Lambert on.

Because lamberts shit maybe?

Anyway im speculating these 2 knobbers have been sacked due to the passing of information to other clubs, bullying is just smoke and mirrors while the disiplinery was going through. The team will be much better without them. The coaching has been a big issue here at Villa, including the 2 serious injuries to Kozak and Benteke, this shouldn't be happening to the most important players in the team. Glad they are gone, lost my loyalty since the swearing at fans issue, proved there attitudes even then!

Unexpected issues that could set the Club back ?

Significant enough to be sacked for ?

90% of these cases are in relation to violence or theft.........this appears not to be so,.....  the remainder are usually breach of confidentialty.

Have we had any issues on the go recently where the Staff knew something and were asked to say nothing ?

Which had they done so could have set ther Clubb back, and which would justify sacking? :detect:

Mentioned in the Culverhouse thread, but the leaking of the team line up before the crystal palace game was my guess. Unless it was the 'bullying' related to the youth players.

Still extraordinary that the man who gave these two idiots complete autonomy at Bodymoor Heath and who's watch this all happened under gets away with it scot-free.

Only at Villa.

Except every single media report on the matter and the fact it took Sid and the players to stand up to Culverhouse in the end.

what media reports? I haven't seen much on this from a 'professional' media outlet other than they were both suspended, it was being investigated by the club and would be kept 'in-house'. No details have really emerged, other than the usual twitter allegations and speculation.

I'm pleased they've gone, if they caused disruption and issues on and off the pitch - we don't need that at the club.

It will be interesting to see who, if anyone is brought in to assist Lambert (assuming he's staying for the forseeable future)

You mean media "reports" from such a pinnacles of journalistic integrity like Daily mail?

I judge the journalist, not the rag they happen to write for. Though the reports from all the papers on the matter were pretty similar.

Except not one single media report has said the two 'had complete autonomy' that is just something you've invented or someone else did and you've repeated it. It plainly isn't true.

And no the reports did not state that it took Sid and the players to stand up to Culverhouse in the end, that is just another invention I'm affraid.

In peoples rush to be critical of Lambert it seems like people are happy to just invent circumstances to add weight to their argument.

The idea the two had a complete autonomy is an utter nonsense.
