  1. Really? Very surprised by that. I encounter far more people who claim CA than MA, and the difference in pay isnt usually that much. See more people claiming Severe Disability Allowance or Bereavement Benefit/Allowance than MA too. I'd guess ESA would fall in line JSA
  2. Source Code ! I will have post one later, as I can't tinypic one at work, and the file name would be a big giveaway ofc
  3. Too many plot holes and coincidences going on in the ending sequence for the following to be not true IMO. SPOILERS obviosly. I presume thats a link to the spoiler?Indoctrination theory? I dunno, man. Bioware said before the game was released that they had spent a lot of time on the ending, and were happy with it. I think that might actually be true, unfortunately for us, they got it horribly wrong. What I wouldnt be surprised by, would be them to run with this idea and implement it into a new/true ending/epilogue. spoilersFor example, Shepherd being under alot of pressure durnig the final mission, and the injuries sustained from the final attack on Earth making him/her more susceptable to indoctrination. Regardless of what they decide to do, some DLC is on the way, we know that much, and it was always going to be. They're probably terribly embarrassed at how the ending has bombed, so I don't suppose they'll ever admit that the future DLC was ever going to be an extension of the ending or not. After all, previous DLC that has been released doesnt require you to finish the game before you can play it, so the events of the ending don't have to be taken into account... I'll be honest, I probably would have bought any DLC despite it being inevitably terrible as the vast majority of the previous DLC was. If they do decide to do another ending, or an extended ending, or an epilogue or whatever, and they charge for it - prepare for the next fanboy shit storm
  4. Well, there goes the budget for fancy dress
  5. Oh, and this 'offer' has appeared on ShopTo Heh.
  6. Our Game survived then, but not the Gamestation. Thought they might both go tbh
  7. Yeah, well, what if the cops can't handle this, Jack?
  8. Twin Peaks isn't nearly as good after the reveal of the murderer, so it may detract somewhat. Myself and others included, though, found the characters and their side stories to be so wonderful that, although it wasn't as good, it was still well worth watching. I think the story goes that the broadcaster pretty much forced the producers to give the audience the reveal before they actually wanted to.
  9. Well, I finished it last night. Was quite eager to see what all the fuss was about. Had planned to get 100% Galactic Readiness first, but got it up to about 86%, which gave me ~4800 Effective Military Strength, and figured I'll just go ahead and finish it (how the **** anyone is supposed to get over 4000 without multiplayer is a mystery to me, I did every side quest and scanned every planet, and was no where near). Man that turned into quite an essay. Sorry about that
  10. In my opinion The Movies was quite a good PC management game Hey man you crazy I did like that one LMA game where you could put in a cheat code to make all of your players +90% skill or whatever it was, so you won pretty much every match. But then the save would take up a WHOLE PS1 memory card! Or 14/15 slots. Or something. It was a lot, anyway.
  11. So basically it is iSketch Man I used to love that game. Being serious and drawing a really perfect representation of a wave, most people would get it...THEN DRAW A GIANT PENIS-SHARK IN THE SEA So juvenille, but it still makes me laugh an awful lot
  12. Does it sound like this when it's moving PFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Cos that's the noise compressed air makes when I force it through my lips/ass
  13. Haha, like when he said he wouldnt be able to break him out even if he had a tank or a bazooka? That's just ol' Werner, the man can do no wrong in my eyes <3
  14. FilmFour should have gone with The 7th Continent rather than Benny's Video last night to kick off the 'extreme' season. I kind of liked Benny's Video, but it loses it's way so dreadfully after about 2/3rds of the way through. The 7th Continent on the other hand is wonderfully slow paced, with just enough intrigue to keep it ticking over...and possible one of the best last 20/30 minutes of any film I've ever seen. Maybe not my favourite Haneke though, I think that'd be Code Unknown First part of Herzog's docu was really great aswell btw.

  16. Not a film, but the first part of Herzog's Death Row docu is on Channel 4 at 10. Bound to be brilliant.

  20. Man, Hydrahead sure love those Botch re-issues
  21. I'm surprised on ones said Gaia...but then, would you admit to that? ...yeh I used it for a while...
  22. If you mean in regard to CP farming and item farming with a view to getting the 'all items' trophy/achievment in XIII, then no, it is nowhere near as bad as that. Are you one of the people that fought fight after fight against the big turtle thing, whatever its called, to get trapz for the ultimate weapons? Yeh, there isn't really anything like the in XIII-2. Well, there are still ultimate weapons you can get that require specific items from specific monsters, but they arent required for any trophy/acheivement, and certainly arent required to defeat the hardest monsters in the game Although I was happy with the difficulty in the early going of XIII-2, by the time you get to the end, and you get some decent monsters on your side, it's really rather easy. Even the 2 hardest monsters inthe game were simply more time consuming than difficult. XIII on the other hand, I remember being rather unforgiving at times if you messed up some paradigm shifts. Still really enjoyed it though, although I guess one trophy/acheviment does require grinding of a sort - you have to win 7777 coins on a slot machine which can take hours if your unlucky. Fortunately, you can put it on auto-play, put a rubber band around your controller, and just let it do its thing on its own.
