  1. Haha yeh this was great. They shook hands at the end of the match and had a little giggle on the way to the tunnel too
  2. I can take a positive from the game thankfully - Clark. Very impressed with him, was composed on the ball, and although he was somewhat negative with his passing at times, I can't remember him giving the ball away. If only he had finished the game with that header. I'm sure it'll come for him though, there were a few times in the match when he let the reigns go a bit and got forward well, and put in a shift in front of the back 4 for the whole match. Couple of seasons and he'll be what Barry was for us a few years ago.
  3. The flair looked more claret in colour than red to me, so I wouldn't be surprised if it was a Villa fan who threw it, that was my first instinct anyway. I didn't hang around on my way by tho Witton station, but the best I could make out were the many many police escorting the noses away from the Doug Ellis

http://mmafrenzy.com/16385/dana-white-wec-ufc-to-merge-in-2011/ WEC to merge with UFC in 2011. Leightweight title unification should be a cracker, and the exposure for the 135 and 145 divisions can only be a good thing. And Korean Zombeh in UFC! Excitiing stuff
  5. hogso - same as my name here If there are any players of Super Sonic Acrobatic Rocket Powered Battle Cars on here hit me up for a match or 5. Can't get enough of the game, andf I know theres a few villa fans who play it as I've played with/against them in the past
  6. Yeh another one here - Nuneaton 'BORO' Town is always my long-term game. I always seem to have a couple or three seasons with the Villa then switch to the Boro and play for 10+ seasons In fact, with FM10, because they weren't in the BSN last year I installed Blademan's level 10 mod, renamed Nuneaton Griff (in level 10) as Nuneaton Borough and went through the leagues with them. Was (and still is in fact) a cracking game, but due to the amount of seasons and the size of the database on it, it's prone to crashing now
  7. Best film of the millennium thus far. Saw it yesterday at FACT in liverpool and was blown away. The 2001 of the 21st century
  8. The trilogy is on it's way to Blu-Ray too right? More tempted with that, but I wouldn't mind seeing part 2 on the big screen
  9. Yeh him and Deschanel are great in that film. Saw 500 days of summer recently with them both in, and it was great too, but for all together different reasons. As for Buried I can't help but be reminded of the ending of Spoorloos (The Vanishing) when I see that advert, and it kind of puts me off given that that ending was so effective and suggested there was no hope whatsoever, whereas Buried seems to say 'well actually you might be able to get so its not that bad'
  10. Ha, I saw some of this recently, it was on Sci-Fi. Not as bad good as Troll 2 and Pink Flamingos though, mostly because what I saw was just really shit.
  11. Yeh you will definetly need to do it over the phone. There's a £2 booking charge but that's no bother really. I bought 3 tickets @ £15 each on this, great offer. I'd be surprised if any of the 1000 eligible tickets are still available though

I hope Silva / Belfort happens in the next few months, as has been reported recently. Belfort has been so unlucky with injuries the last year or so, but looks like he may get an automatic shot thanks to the Sonnen debacle. And it's Nate / Okami at 122 I think? Really really hope Okami wins that so Silva can prove a point regarding one of the only belmishes on his record
  13. WTF are lampshade pants??? Baggy boxers, they hang like a lampshade. Also known as grandad pants, the kind that ride up leg as the day goes on and you end up with your balls hanging out the bottom of them
  14. you've obviously never seen ' August Underground ' then ?...my god !!!! There's a new abomination out called A Serbian Film. I won't be watching it because I'm a coward and it sounds horrific. Yeh I've read the spoilers for that and won't be partaking. It sounds like a live action version of one of those wapaneze rape cartoons. French shock cinema is excellent, Martyrs, Inside, Frontiers, et al. fantastic movies. Irreversible was the one that really stands out for me though, even in comparison to older and more infamous movies like Salo and Men Behind the Sun. Wonderfully done, such a nauseating film to watch. Really looking forward to Noe's new flick Enter the Void. But if you're into August Underground and that then I guess the Guinea Pig movies are a good wheeze
  15. I like boxers, tight black ones. Although I also have a few lampshade pairs, I suppose you could call them my period pants
  16. Fantastic film. I have never seen a film handle the subject of child abuse and pedophilia in such a frank way, which makes for a pretty heartbreaking film. Huge fan of Gordan-Levitt, everthing he is involved with is superb (yes, including 3rd rock). See also Manic (Gordan-Levitt) and Lilya 4eva (not him, but lots of similar themes. Far bleaker though)
