Useless. Absolutely useless. As bad as Bradford under Lambert. Disgraceful. Half arsed. Games like this makes me wonder why I bother. I can take a loss, I can't take a dire performance like this.

Accusations of assault can't be ignored by the royal family. I'll save my judgement until we hear William's version of events, and the truth will probably be somewhere in the middle. It's like my two kids fighting, it's always the other one's fault. All this mud flinging is very boring though.

We got tickets to the Wimbledon game when it snowed in 93 via the QEMS coaching. The coach was an old boy who loved throwing in crosses to get your head on. Always hurt because the balls were the cheap heavy ones.

Since we've got rid of Stevie Me we've lost to Newcastle and Liverpool and won all our other league games. We're 6th in the form table over the last 6 league games. It's not a ringing endorsement of him. Either the players couldn't/wouldn't do what they were being asked or his tactics were poor. If he's ever going to have another shot at management he needs to take a step back and be a coach or assistant under a few top managers in my opinion. A man has got to know his weaknesses. The longer Unai is here the more he's making the job Stevie did look worse and worse.

It is those chain shops, but you can park in one spot and be close to everything, and it's not quite as busy as Merry Hell. Without sounding like a snob, it's generally the cheaper chain stores rather than the up market ones. There's only m&s, but there's an Asda, Matalan, next, and sports direct. Also free parking and lots of fast food.

I moved 8 years ago, but I previously lived just off county drive in Fazeley. Around this time of year it was always quicker to walk to town than drive because of the Ventura traffic. Boring really, but a census of people visiting was taken a few years ago and people were coming from as far away as Worcester to use it. The traffic system is ridiculous and not fit for the number of visitors.

I went to Sainsbury's at Ventura this morning at 8 when everything was opening. Quiet on that side but the queue for Next and Matalan was ridiculous, people queuing just to get into the car park. I think most people do it just to buy cheap crap and sell it on eBay with a mark up.

I hope he does make it back, our backups aren't even close to his level, fit or not. I just meant I could understand if he didn't. I can't see Messi being back in Paris a week on Wednesday.

Deserves not to be. I'd love him to be back, but understand and support him having a break in Argentina to revel in what's he's done.

Christmas breakfast in our house is a joint of gammon I cook on Christmas eve, sliced and used to make gammon and fried egg sandwiches. Grandparents coming later in the morning get a sandwich and any remaining gammon gets added to the Christmas dinner. The kids love it.

Earlier in the thread somebody mentioned that players are protected more now, but to also add to that I think players are handled better off the pitch too. I think Gazza would be in the conversation if he'd gone to Utd instead of Spurs. Best player at the 90 world cup. I think Maradona would have lasted far longer too, and his career wouldn't have ended in relative ignominy. But I voted Maradona. I think he'd be incredible in the modern game.

Loved them during their 90's heyday, but as I grew out of my teens I realised the majority of their lyrics were rhythmic, non-sensical guff. Achieved a lot but very overrated. Can't understand why they've generated so many tribute acts. There's artists/bands with much greater bodies of work.
