  1. Past hour
  2. Not sure what circumstances you're referring to, but I usually do it with photos for VT, because the original is too big for the site. I used to compress and/or crop them, but I found that an easier quick-and-dirty way is to use a screenshot, as it's lower resolution.
  3. The fans which stop going will be replaced by those willing to pay, its supply and demand and that’s why we aren’t increasing capacity right now. Club has to raise prices in order to keep up with the established clubs who’ve had a massive head-start and who have also been more commercially savvy. I don’t necessarily agree with it but the waiting list shows that any season tickets not renewed due to costs will be brought by someone else. There is no loyalty towards fans anymore just increasing the bottom line.
  4. This was more a unique one though. I doubt we would have any add ons if there was a mandatory buyback for us in the deal. So I suspect this was a simple they paid us x and we buy back for his remaining book value if they're relegated. So it's basically a kind of Loan which helps us with FFP
  5. duke313

    Unai Emery

This man is going to win us a league title* isn't he? *Either when City get 115 charges or Pep **** off to level the playing field.
  6. There are still tickets available for this match. Mostly singles, but also a pair here and there like in B4 for £80 a ticket.
  7. Olive all day. Eze we should have picked up before he went to Palace. Mitoma has been anomalous since start of the season
  8. Aren't they the only "bidder" anyway? Same with the Qatar World Cup. There'll be some fuss, but basically everyone will watch it because no-one really cares at all.
  9. Don't know if this link works properly - only place I can find it "on it's own". Bologna played away at Roma in a huge game for top 4 in Serie A - the opening goal? https://streamin.me/v/5f1a8772/o
  10. Sort of but you can guarantee they will get those 6pts from the Burnley and Sheff Utd games and make up the goal difference too so we really do need to get more points on the board before we run out of games to do so.
  11. We have had an Envy 4524 for some years now, and it's printed A LOT of stuff. Never had a problem.
  12. Oddly we've been using it for years with no problem. Used to do tons of printing when the missus was still teaching full time so having the ink turn up before you run out was great. Plus you can adjust the amount you print/pay. Horses for courses I suppose.
  13. Same, but if we don't it's not the end of the world. Spurs have no plan B so will play their high intensity attacking football against Arsenal, I can see Arsenal carving them open.
  14. This evening game has the potential to really cement us into that champions league spot and show everyone how far we have come in the almost 10 years to the day since we were stinking out the league season after season and when Lampard broke tambling’s scoring record at VP not long after we had embarrassingly lost to them by a huge amount the previous fixture! Come on Villa let’s do this!!
  15. I suspect not. Selling clubs tend to release a price that says “look at all this money we got” and buying clubs tend towards “look at how little we paid”. One will include the add ons and one won’t. If the clauses are never triggered, no payment is made and the audited accounts eventually reveal the picture.
  16. No, but football is ridiculous. We could easily finish 8th or something next season and not get to a quarter final in any competition - it's just how football is when you're not the absolute elite. If that happened, pitch forks shouldn't be out for Emery either.

    Unai Emery

    Love his mentality and standards…
  18. bobzy

    Liverpool

Watched the game and sent this to my Dad (we always discuss the games watching etc): "Alexander-Arnold did NOT WANT to defend that " He's such a weird player because he's technically brilliant, has a phenomenal passing range, great crossing ability and has a good shot on him... but defensively he's just so weak. He's pretty much one of Liverpool's best players but doesn't really work in the position he plays - it's so odd.
  19. His agent linking him with those jobs to keep them dropping off quiet But that said for as good as Brighton have been and for how much climbing they've done are they really in a position where a drop off to say 10th this season is something to sharpen the pitch forks over?
  20. That doesn't equate to someone being an elite manager - it's just where the links are being made. Is Arne Slot an elite manager? No. But he might be well suited to Liverpool.
  21. Not seen enough of him to be honest but I thought he was more of one of these goalscoring wide men rather than a proper number 9 They need Ferguson to come good
