Just seems to me like the summer would be an obvious time for a change. Presumably he's right up there on England's list so could imagine a scenario where he's kind of 'let go' into the England role without it being acrimonious. He's pandered to the crowd, playing up their demand for swashbuckling up and at em football even when his squad has been depleted and not managed games by knowing when to up and slow down the tempo.
