tomav84 Posted August 27, 2012 VT Supporter Share Posted August 27, 2012 Quote According to our information, Aston Villa and Fulham, Premier League two residents are under the spell of our fellow Christian Benteke and try to achieve the transfer of Red Devil by the end of the transfer window. Christian Benteke is one of the most prominent men of the early championship. Scorer, particularly against the Netherlands, the Red Devil arouses the lust of many foreign clubs. Liégeois the dream of joining England, and today there are two Premier League clubs Aston Villa and Fulham are ready to welcome the player Genk. "I have always been clear on this: my dream is to join England, recently said Christian Benteke. Now requires that the direction of Genk and that of another club to reach an agreement. If I have the opportunity to go to England fulfill my dream, who would not? " "All the English clubs tempt me, although my absolute dream is to play for Arsenal. This is not the priority at the moment: first to reach the Premier League, and still trying to grow" , concluded the former player of the Standard. Folski
3rd top goal scorer in the Belgian League last year and his strike partner Jelle Vossen was second so he probably help him out with a few of those. Get him in I say. Plus the talent coming out of Belgium in recent years has been fantastic.

Pez1974
I have no idea what he is like, having never seen him play. Don't even know if he is the battering ram type player, if he has pace, or whether he is more of a 'number 10'. Would still prefer him to Kevin Doyle though!! Positives - he would probably be cheap and his wages would be comparatively low; he is young; quite big too. Negatives - not exactly prolific, even in a poor-ish league. KHV
If there is serious interest from us and fulham he will be going to Fulham. Care to elaborate? I think he would get better pay at Fulham and I also think he would prefer to work with Martin Jol.I would imagine Dembele would have some encouraging things to say about being at Fulham and may have some influence if they are interested. London is also much better than Birmingham and Fulham are much better than ourselves. Other than that I cant think of many reasons.

MMFy
If there is serious interest from us and fulham he will be going to Fulham. Care to elaborate? I think he would get better pay at Fulham Aston Villa average salary 2011-12: £2,464,831 Fulham average salary 2011-12: £1,469,616 Source: Guardian and I also think he would prefer to work with Martin Jol. Martin Jol is not exactly high stock. He is also Dutch, while Benteke is Congolese/Belgian, thus there would be no 'fellow countryman' link between them. I would imagine Dembele would have some encouraging things to say about being at Fulham and may have some influence if they are interested. Dembele is constantly being linked with a move away from Fulham. I would not expect a likely-to-be outgoing player to sing the praises of the club. If it ever happens, it must be an extremely rare situation. It's just as likely he could have talked to Luc Nilis or Bob de Builder. London is also much better than Birmingham London is a **** shithole. Yes, it has the lights and the tourism, but after the first 24 hours there it is exposed for what it really is - just another big-city shithole. and Fulham are much better than ourselves. So, Fulham have finished above us how many times since they were promoted to the Premier League in 2001? Do not fool yourself that Fulham are a 'much better' club because they finished above us last season. They have narrowly escaped relegation a few times on recent years. Other than that I cant think of many reasons. I'd suggest the London pull is the only one valid. If a player is more interested in going to a club because of the big city they are based in, they have their mind on other things than the football they are paid to play. Not so unlikely then.
