Picked the formation,tactics and team. His responsibility for making the team worse than under Mcprick. Has to go imo. I cannot ever remember a more embarrassing Villa team. Put 5 in midfield and have Delph sit in front of the back 4 and protect them from the massive space we're currently allowing Swansea in that area. Allow Ireland and Westwood to get forward, push the ball wide, get balls into the box and onto Benteke's bonce. We're not good enough to be passing it around confidently we need to win a few battles. If we are to sack him then it has to be soon otherwise the new man hasnt got time (and a window) to do anything about it. 4 thrashings in a row is inexcusable, any way you spin it.
