No, their fans thought Fosun was going to pour millions into the club and get them CL. It's not panned out that way and so they are bitter about our success.

Fosun sounds like it should be a fertiliser.

I personally think they had a nudge from the FA about that agent with a conflict of interest (forget his name), about buying up the Portuguese players.

Chinese government blocked nationals from withdrawing money from their bank for foreign investment

Makes it very hard to put his own money in the club

Reading Molineux Mix is quite entertaining.  Seems about 50/50 in terms of support and non suport for the manager. Apparently keeps on making the same mistakes over and over.

They hate Nunes . And think alot of their better players are making sure they don't get injured and ruin potential summer moves.

And they all think we are gonna dick em next week .

Apparently Nunes has a deal at Liverpool lined up in the summer, probably not putting it all in because of that

Yeah. They parked him at Wolves for a season or something like that. Total joke. Doesnt look anything special . Hope they change their mind. Cunha looks more 10 mill than 40 and Neves surely leaves this summer.

They've become a happy to be here nothing club haven't they?

Pretty much. They had a go under Nuno for a bit when they were one of the best counter attacking teams in the country for 18 months but just like so many others found replacing the likes of Diogo Jota very difficult indeed.

Lopetegui in fairness was a very good pick up for them and he's comfortably got them safe but they'll do well to finish top 10 next season with likes of Neves going.

Matheus Cunha only scored two league goals and they've committed 40m to sign him in the summer, Diego Costa is still starting as their main CF so they need three really smart transfer windows to be top half competitive and are really only one bad managerial appointment away from relegation.

Yep. They acknowledge it that he has pulled them away from relegation but he seems to be inflexible and will not make changes when needed.

Its so nice having a manager that you cannot really question as yet.

Lopetegui has kept them up comfortably, do they want Steve Davis back in charge? Beale in charge of them would've been funny aswell.

Wolves hit their limit but they did finish 7th twice, played europa league QF in which they narrowly lost to Sevilla and they should've played in FA cup final but bottled it from 2-0 up v Watford so they have done stuff but that's as good as it realistically will get.

He has done OK so far but I think the quick impact Unai and De Zerbi have had has rattled other fan bases

I think you're right. Like Spurs with Conte sacked him when they were 4th...mainly because where Arsenal was.

Big problem is the decline of their wide players. Adama contrary to belief did have a spell where he was assisting regularly but he's reverted to clueless final third like he was for us and Boro. He is also now 27 so long since passed they'll get a decent fee for him. Neto did look top quality but never been the same since he did his ACL in mid 2021.

Should've cashed in on Neves last summer and so that strong double pivot of him and Moutinho is at an end and they're pretty to push through young players.

Have to say that hype Matheus Nunes got after his debut in August was extraordinary but bar a fantastic volley v Wolves he's done very little since so still none the wiser whether he's someone who can replace Neves effectively or if they'll have to give Uncle Jorge yet another call to find someone on the fringes of Benfica's team...

Probabably more to do with Raul Jiminez's injury, because he could turn a Traore cross into a good one.

Can probably trace Wolve's decline to that moment as Jimenez was one of best all round CFs in league at that moment and understandably hasn't been the same since.

Night he got injured they won at Arsenal and went 6th.

Must not have fancied turning up and doing us a favour I suppose.

You can guarantee they’ll show up next week when we play them . We’ve not turned up at their ground for a few seasons now. We always fold and aren’t up for the fight. Be a very tough game.
