There's too many martial arts films to mention.
The_Rev
Eagle-eyed fans of The Walking Dead might recognise a young Scott "Hershel Greene" Wilson. Is there a scene where he makes everybody camp outside his farm house for about eight weeks while they do absolutely nothing?

Xann
Anything from Charles Bronson's "Hard Times" Thought about that, but it's been so long since I've seen it. Same with Clint's "Insert here... But Lose" - Loved 'em as a kid, no idea how well they've aged, badly probably.

ME
As it says on the tin really. What are your favourite fight scenes in film and TV? I'd consider the whole thread to be in spoiler territory, but if there is something which happens in the scene which is especially spoilleriffic, feel free to say so. I'll start the ball rolling with two: They Live. It's just ridiculous, even if you know what is going on it's silly and ridiculous. Out of context it's damn hilarious. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xeS6y6mbUzY Deadwood. Dan vs The Captain. First punch is thrown at 3:00 if you are the impatient type, but this is the total other end of the spectrum. It's absolutely brutal. Dont watch it if you plan to watch Deadwood (and you should, it's great) or if you are squeamish. They Live was seriously the first fight scene that came to mind as soon as I saw the topic!! 8pints
Ong Bak with Tony Jaa had some pretty decent fight scenes ... along with "how the f&*k did he do that " moments If you like the Ong-Bak films you may like 'The Protector' It has some interesting fight scenes in too. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IM2atZfn87M Plus, at 4:04 "The greatest thing ever shouted when entering a room after kicking some bottom, about to kick some more" The one in cool runnings, "Hey Chamaica you don't belong here"... sanka jumping over the top "excuse me missy.....yippee ki ay" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=55TFuRiN4hE "Now look in the mirror and tell me what you see?".........
Ginko
Ong Bak with Tony Jaa had some pretty decent fight scenes ... along with "how the f&*k did he do that " moments Was just about to say that this thread definitely needs some Tony Jaa. I love Ong Bak but I prefer the fights in Warrior King, even if the premise for the film is kinda daft, and for some reason set mostly in Australia... I won't post a Tony Jaa fight, you can find them for yourselves on Youtube, but I always loved this... yes, yes, I realise they made a shorter lampost for the scene but who cares? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0VBIEJQPhdY Also, no mention of Ip Man yet? Mental. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R2qHKXL-_vw Edited December 13, 2013 by Ginko
