He was no Gareth Barry or Milner but he cost a few million and in a difficult period in our history played his part in keeping us in this league. Which let's face it with everything that has gone on over the past few years, with cost cutting and the loss of established platers, is all you could hope for. For me that is decent value for money.

Have to say that KEA and Sylla out and the midfield options now including the additions of Cleverly and Sanchez seems to be an upgrade in an area of the pitch we were crying out for it

I never really rated him.  The type of signing that's made us so poor over the last couple of years.

 

Glad to see we're improving in a key area of the team.

He was the type of player we needed when we played the big teams and no coincidence our best results came against them when he usually played

Can't say i am sorry to see him go,as i never rated him .Always gave his best,but like a lot of players at the club,just not good enough .Best of luck KEA
