They certainly have a strangehold and monopoly on the game because of exactly that, they’ve been allowed to. Just look at that Morgan Rodgers deal, we end up paying more than we wanted to because of course they slap a sell on clause on absolutely every player they have stockpiled over the years. Only because we're a few years off their model. I'd absolutely not be surprised to see, say, Vitoria bring in youngsters from Brazil and them ending up at Villa if good enough.
