We all know what's going to happen when we play them, all of a sudden everything will click into place for them and they will all play the best game of their lives...

Yep Mudryk will turn into Van Basten! It's always the way 😞

So then. These stats

Chelsea have won as many premier league games in 2023 as Everton.

They have lost as many premier league games in 2023 as Wolves

They have scored less goals in the premier league in 2023 than Leicester and Leeds and collected less points in 2023 in the Prem than Bournemouth.

And yet they will play like Brazil in their next game.

You say the team to gel but thing is I don't their players are very good.

If you play Chelsea what are the player you fear before a game?

Because I can't think of any. Sterling can be decent on his day but he isn't someone you'd feel nervous about beforehand.

I do agree with this though, looking at their team against Bournemouth there's nobody who stands out as a genuine 'CL side' player except Sterling, who was before and possibly isn't now. All of their other players could just as easily have been bought by Fulham.

Seriously, what is up with them? Their prolonged shitness is unusual.

No belief whatsoever they can score goals.

They get into good positions and then check back. Or when someone crosses there's never anyone by penalty spot. Think how many goals Lampard scored from that position at his peak.

They're a poor team with limited bench options so nothing to suggest they're going to win 2-3 games anytime soon.

They also have a horrendous run of fixtures from late October-middle of December so going to be a meme for quite a while longer.

Also a bit astounded they took Enzo Fernandez off as he's one who quickly gets his head up when in possession and can hit decent diagonals and crosses so Poch in game management decisions aren't great currently.
