I think the vast majority would've taken an away point today.... not the worst result but not the best either.

Hard done by with the soft pen but the toffees will point to the beckford chance and say the same.....

Penalty was soft, but it was only fair given they had a legitimate goal disallowed. We should have got a win today, we were playing the Everton B team afterall, however a point is better than nothing, and we need everything we can get between now and the end of the season.

Reckon 40 points will keep us up, which leaves us 7 games to find 6 points.

they were lucky they got the Pen, not sure whether their effort crossed the line or not. Bent took his chances very well and thought Downing was brilliant at keeping the ball in play and was committed to pushing forward.

I think given our current position it's a point gained.

Beckford should have been called for offside on that chance. So it's irrelevant at this point. Referee had a poor second half, was keen to give Everton plenty. Still some good play in the second half, lovely finishing from Bent today.

For the sake of all future debates where people choose to omit certain truths, today we did show fight, and a reaction etc. So is that allowed to be a positive thing towards Houllier - considering not showing fight is a negative?

Decent result, of course it could have been better but shit happens in football.

Downing was quality, Young looked better being on the wing. Etc. Now lets beat Newcastle

A point is a point, I'd have probably taken it beforehand. They should have perhaps been 2-1 ahead. Baggies winning didn't really help though. Still, a lot of lessons to learn, something to build on again though.

Robbed.

It wasn't over the line. All of the all has to be over all of the line.

It wasn't a penalty. You can't just run into a stationary player on the edge of the box unless you're Steven Gerrard.

We always get shit refs.

With SHA winning and Albion winning we needed to hold on to the three points and we **** up again.

No chance, we didn't **** up at all.

We were robbed by a cheating Everton player and a useless cuuuunt referee
