My feeling is he’ll have a similar one to Mahrez, Ake, and the like. Probably won’t ever be in that top echelon who start all the key games, and may still get moved on in the next couple of transfer windows. Grealish needs simple instructions or better none at all. Just let him do his thing, that's when he is at his best. Obviously that is not going to be a thing under top level coaches.
