And we all know it most definitely can, I can't imagine he'd leave while we're on an upward trajectory. It made sense at times where we were in dire straights, strapped for cash and looking down. You could go Puyol as he used to play there and put someone like Tony Adams as Cb. For RW would be Messi if he stays. No Iniesta or Xavi as they both played for other clubs after leaving Barca. Gerrard play for LA galaxy. Raul played for Schalke. Iker Casilla played for Porto.
