Pretty hooked on Bosch half way through the first season. Does it maintain these standards? Sounds like the 7th is the final one, right?

More or less, couple of dips here and there but still very good

The 7th is the final on amazon, they're doing a spin off on IMDBTV

I'd say so, yes. An excellent show. The characters develop well throughout it.

Kind of sad I've finished it now!

Interested to see what the spinoff will be like.

I loved it and thought it was really good all the way through.

Spoiler

Except one or two bits which were a tad unbelievable but still well acted.

Id happily watch it all again and have suggested as such to the wife as she hasn't seen it.

Instead she chose to watch Superstore. Oh well.

I’d have fired all 16 of them to be honest  but sugar fired the wrong person , presumably means the other 2 are better TV

It's the same every year. First go the boring and crap ones, then the crap but entertaining ones, leaving about 2 or 3 good ones to fight it out

Toast of Tinseltown episode four with Carmen singing her song. Quite possibly the funniest  piece of television I’ve seen for a good many years

The thing I like about Bosch is that the other characters are well drawn as well. It's not just Bosch and everyone else is one dimensional. You get to see the lives of his colleagues as well. Gives it more depth. Its not the Wire, don't get me wrong, but its very good.

I will agree with @Rds1983 in:

Spoiler

It does feel a bit 'Jack Bauer' at times - his daughter getting kidnapped and then later on the subject of a professional hit attempt; Bosch sabotaging a FBI operation, etc

Season 7 does feel it went a bit OTT at times; thoroughly entertaining though!

Need to find a new show to gorge on now.

Finished S2 of The Boys on Prime, which was highly enjoyable!

Should finish off the last episode of  Cobra Kai today too…

Enjoyed S1 of the Boys and have just never gotten around S2, just as good?

Started watching BoJack Horseman on Netflix without knowing too much about it expecting just a wacky adult animation to unwind with…three seasons in and **** me it gets properly dark hey? Brilliant writing and Will Arnett once again proves to be one of the most massively underrated comedy actors going around, the whole cast is bananas actually, Aaron Paul, Amy Sedaris, Allison Brie and a non stop rotation of top level cameos and recurring characters. Bonkers funny in some places but one of the best dramas behind that I’ve seen for a while too, somewhat glad I’m late for the party and don’t have to wait at all for any new seasons to come out.

I thought so, the political and media comparisons with Trump-led America is really played upon (and the levels of extreme violence and gore are maintained!)

I really enjoyed it.
