this Bayern team are a lot more exciting than Barcelona were mainly as they have Robben and Ribery who are more direct and offer a plan B when needed which Barca didn't really have.

think last night they didn't really put in full shift so maybe it looked boring at times

Thought the same, they didn't really have to bust a gut.

That was a great result..

Another one was Mainz beating Hoffenheim, away. Mainz are only 3 points off a champions league spot, would love it if they got CL.

It's just such an inconsistent league, which is why I guess it's exciting.

It's the possible points every club can get after round 25.  Bayern will clinch the title next week if they win and Dortmund don't.

Really looking like a big club will go down this year. Frieburg won today so Stuttgart have now dropped into the bottom 2, anyone have a clue why it's gone so wrong there as they won the Bundesliga as recently as 2007 so would be a bit like Blackburn going down a few years after winning the prem.

Hamburg have picked up a bit now so looks like they'll just survive.

Or like Villa getting relegated five years after being Champions of Europe?   Cheers Doug.

VfB have had too much managerial upheaval and not enough investment in the squad.  Sounds familiar actually.

Aye I said on this thread a while back I'd compare us most to Hamburg as our German brothers and also maybe a bit in terms of why the squad has declined to Weder Bremen who a few years back were in the uefa cup final and champions league and had the likes of Diego and Marin playing for them. Now it's Franco Di Santo.

All three are relevant comparisons.
