We say this every week with United. Clearly the chances they are allowing are not actually as good opportunities as they seem.

They are, they have the 6th worst xGA in the league.

Absolutely, they seem to somehow have the ability to get battered but big get battered.

For the first Liverpool goal, check out Mainoo, according to the media "England's saviour, the best young player ever & way more deserving of going to the Euros than Watkins but slightly less deserving than gambling cheat Toney"...

Not clear at all. Liverpool have been inept at simple finishes.

Darwin Nunez should spend less time trying to look like Ming the Merciless and more time learning how to finish.

He's an £80m shit version of Ollie, he's a warning to all those who wanted Ollie replaced last summer

I don’t believe that for a second, sorry.

It just wouldn’t make any sense for a club to operate that way.

It's the way clubs are going - it's what United will be this summer.

Transfer decisions are made by co-sporting directors Paul Winstanley and Laurence Stewart, who report directly into Boehly - Pochettino isn't involved at all, he works with what he's given.

Theres an article here on how Chelsea sign players link

Quote

A year on things have been no different in that sense but chairman Boehly has stepped back for starters, handing over responsibility for the club’s recruitment work.

On one level of the responsibility sits new head coach Mauricio Pochettino and co-sporting directors Paul Winstanley and Laurence Stewart who are the front of Chelsea’s football off-pitch operation.

The process to pursue any player does not begin without Pochettino’s green light.

It won’t be. Excluding the manager makes no sense. I just posted how Chelsea really operate.

I think he’s a very good player but he’s more a secondary striker than the guy to lead the line.
