This is what, top recruitment teams do......we don't have the broad knowledge of the personnel in the football world. I guess, it just gets to the stage, where you just trust, the managers/ staff, to do their job. I have had that feeling, some time ago.....but I have it again, now. We have been supporting a football club for the past number of years, where the quality of scouting was meh! Allied to the liquidity the owners provide us with, we can act, with stealth and prudence.
