My biggest issue was some saying his actions were just like us polishing our rockets browsing the internet, which it isn't, to me it's another level, although I agree we do not know the facts or what really happened so it's all conjecture at the moment.

So just to clarify, you’ve never ever paid for porn? And you only look at porn featuring people 5 years younger or older than you?

Is it because he handed the cash over directly? Or because he can afford to pay more?

Have you ever been to a strip club?

Another level in what way?

The porn industry is known to be horrific (in many instances) for abuse and low pay, whereas this is seemingly a transaction between two people where the “victim” doesn’t even feel victimised.

I’m curious why that’s so much worse in your eyes?

Then (if I was 60 odd), I'll ask the flirty girl down the pub, who could be a daughter of someone on here?

I'm just not sure with all the righteous bull*** I hear on certain topics, the same people think there's nothing to see here, when a 60 year old man pays for nudie photos of a just legal young man, because, well, we look at porn on the internet don't we!

Depends on if the flirty girl down the pub was perfectly happy to flog some nudes to 60 year old blokes, in fact was advertising for it which it seems is what happened here.

I don't think there's many people who agree pornography should exist. But my opinion is it's far different browsing the internet, it's going to another level asking a just legal boy/girl for nudie pictures at 60+ years of age, £35k is also as good as blackmail, you need to ask yourself why he paid that much, if true.

I just want to add, I agree it should have been a private matter, not involving the media

It was probably on Grindr or something where this kind of behavior is commonplace (I am lead to believe)

You need to get off the high horse and go listen to some Placebo.

Well she gives them to 40 year old blokes, so you never know. 😂

A mate was asking where you've been drinking lately.

I think that's sort of irrelevant. It does. And it always has, and it will.

The least "immoral" way to conduct it is to provide a legal service, i.e. sell pictures to a willing customer.

Granted, I haven't given much attention to the story, but at first sight I can't really see what the deal is. It seems it was a legal transaction between two consenting adults.

Have I missed anything here?

Is this much different to the witch hunt that Schofield had as well?

I had sympathy with him at first but the more i read the more it was dodgey to me. It definitely for me aounded like he commited a grooming affair. How he hasnt been investigated properly ill never know.

look up the girlsdoporn lawsuits and then tell me that the pornography industry is somehow 'better' than essentially self employed individuals selling photos of themselves on onlyfans
