Didn’t realise he was that old… if he’s happy to be backup to Emi then it’s a great shout!

PSG loaned him to Forest last season, maybe we could do a similar deal…

We badly need to replace Olsen, he’s too nervous and calamitous! I’d go as far to say that he could derail our season if he’s required to play a significant run of games - if Emi is injured or suspended.

There is no greater downgrade in the squad than Olsen coming in for him.

It’s urgent!

Can we loan two players from the same club? Asking for a friend.

sky saying were after alex oxel chamberlin

Just seen that and it's a strange link only possible reason would be his European experience, surely he'll be looking for a pay day and will end up in the MLS or kingdom!

On ability yes, in terms of his frankly ridiculous anti-vax beliefs, a hard no.

Is he joining the medical team? Or keeping the ball from entering the goal on a rare occasion Martinez is unavailable?

I’m not really bothered, either way I don’t really want him involved with the club (again)

Matty needs challenging (I’d prefer an upgrade), must be a reason why we let Young go…

Let’s see if Unai plays Konsa at RB in any of these friendlies…

I think the priorities are

GK

RB

Attacker

DM if Dendoncker is sold

Salary changes - I’m completely guessing so please don’t be too harsh with my guesses haha.

IN:

Pau - £100k

Diaby - £125k

Tielemans - £100k

Total - £325k/wk - £17m annual.

OUT:

Steer - £20k

Young - £40k

Nakamba - £40k

Sanson - £40k

Total - £140k/wk - £7m annual.

So added an extra £10m in wages, but a massive upgrade in quality.

Agree with all this and hope we get someone for each of the three positions.  What about Djed Spence for the RB role? Seemed to have had a wasted time at Spurs so far and wouldn’t cost the earth I wouldn’t have thought?

His psg wages are reported to be 200k as he was signed as one of the best keepers in the world 4 years ago.

I'm guessing he would want a 2 or even 3 year contract on 100k which is alot for a sub keeper but if we could get him on loan and he's happy for 10 games or so for this season and the same sort of deal forest got of 100k paid by psg I would snap him up.

Players still to get rid of this summer:

Davis - £40k/wk

Wesley - £40k/wk

Hause - £20k/wk

Chambers - £30k/wk

Wages are all guesses.

Yep, another RB is now surely the number 1 priority. Either an upgrade on Cash, or a young player as backup who eventually replaces Cash.

Twitter chatter this morning about Villa signing Dest...not sure if he's a clear upgrade on Cash, but he'd add depth at least.

Don't think it makes sense to bin off Chambers tbf.

From nothing more than my Football Manager (2020) knowledge of him I would say it'd be a clear upgrade. In the real world however, I have no idea but I suspect it could be!

Scrap that, he's only 5ft 7"!! Burn him at the stake!!

Tyler Adams at Leeds would cover at RB and DM. Would like Gnoto as well if Traore is loaned out again.
