They did in euro 2016 against Wales but that was under Marc Wilmots. Martinez needs to go but think criticism of him in previous tournaments is a bit harsh. They've been unlucky with draws a bit. 2018 they beat Brazil in a classic which is probably their best ever tournament result and then ran into France in the SF and lost very narrowly. Give them England's path and they'd have strolled to the final imo and been fresh against France which Croatia weren't. In last euros Hazard had really declined from his bench warming at Real Madrid and De Bruyne came into the tournament injured so with the ageing defence warning signs were there. Even then they've beat Portugal in round of 16 and then narrowly lost to Italy in quarters.
