If you look at the Premier League table, you see that we have 7 points from 7 games.Thats 38 points for the season. So, how long are they going to wait ???

And if we beat Leeds it will be 10 points from 8 games, and we can potentially go 10 - 12th lol.

If you look at the Premier League table, you would realise this would put us 1 point behind the likes of Newcastle and Level with Liverpool.

It's very fine margins.

I'm more concerned about style of play, losing our best players, team selections, subs and stagnating, than I am relegation.

It's still too early to be calculating PPGs over the course of a season.

IMO

Lage is gunna becoming under pressure surely if they lose today… Pochettino with access to Mendes’ client list is a scary prospect. Can do with this game being a dour draw

Lage could be on the market then.

Give it 24 hours…….

True, a loss or draw totally upends it. lol

Similarly, to how a loss against Southampton would have been total meltdown territory and probably rightly so.

I've said that only probably 2 - 3 more wins on the bounce and decent performances will allow more breathing room. IMO

Shit performance and I'll say it was shit. Result irrelevant.

So much hope we are still in for a new manager, a loss at Leeds will no way help Gerrards rep, you just watch us 3-0 them. Although in reality I reckon it'll be probably another boring defensive set up out of Southgate's book of tactical nous.

it wouldn't surprise me to see us get some sort of director of football to restructure this all, and leave Purslow in his capacity as general CEO.

This is where I struggle with Lange. What would we be expecting a DoF to do that isn't in the remit of a sporting director? I'm not sure what his remit is at all to be honest.

Leicester, Forest, West Ham, Wolves, Southampton, Everton and us are two or three losses from sacking their manager IMO.

Lampard's doing fine at Everton in fairness.

West Ham are slowly rising up the league so Moyes will be o.k there for rest of the season as they'll be 10 + points clear of relegation.

Agree on the others. Southampton just lost three on the spin so Hasenhuttl massively under pressure. Also wouldn't shock me if loser of Leicester-Forest sacks manager. Of course Rodgers wouldn't be a huge shock but Forest go bottom if they lose and going by the table it will be another poor loss for them so I can see them firing Cooper and getting in a survival specialist.

Looks like wolves are going to get rid of Lage, can see them going for pochettino 😔

He actually started of really well with them, so a strange one.

Very competitive League this season IMO.

" Turning up " isn't enough.

He did an unbelievable job at Villareal and Seville.  Arsenal fans say he was a disaster.

Arsenal fans are idiots though. Forced Wenger Out and Emery got them to Europa final and has a better League record than Arteta

Reality is coaches have a short shelf-life with a given club. I dont have any data, but have to presume that in a 2 year cycle at least 15 out of the 23 PL clubs will have their coach leave.
