Put these in order of priority signings:

Goalkeeper, Defender, Midfielder, Forward, Manager, First team/head coach, set piece coach, goalkeeper coach.

I’d go first team coach, set piece coach, manager, midfielder, defender, forward, goalkeeper coach, goalkeeper

Manager

First team coach

Midfielder

Defender

Forward

GK coach

GK

Set piece coach can get in a bin on the far side of Mars.

You can replace the current set coach piece with an inanimate carbon rod if you like, I would

Hope this deal falls through as reported as it will be for good reason, it is not a player we should have as priority at this moment in time and the majority of us have shared the same reaction which is that our central midfield is the weakest and needs strengthening asap! … we also need a CB loaned in on top

Two theories on the Sarr deal. Both have consequences for the rest of the window.

1. Sarr thinks we’re shi**e. We got wind of it and pulled the plug before he could either turn us down or present us with enormously unrealistic wage demands. Wonder if our crap performances so far this season might put off other possible signings in the same way?

2. We pulled the plug on Sarr because a big target has become available elsewhere (in another position). We need to redirect that £25m to that new signing.

If you pretend that the first option isn’t possible and you focus entirely on the second one, your erection comes back. Ah sweet, sweet delusion.

This is a good point. Ross Barkley transfer inbound.

More that his personal terms were no good by the sounds of things. Probably wanted big time wages.

And if you think the first option is a balanced explanation then your member ends up stuck to your blanket.

Why aren’t we going for some of these Portuguese monsters like wolves for example, if lange is that great at what he does he would find plenty talent in those teams and stop signing all these midfielders that are like 5 foot 7 we are getting bullied and ran through each and every time … we need 5’11 or plus physical beasts with skill and control and play ball.

Because the real owner of Wolves is Mendes. We shouldn’t become a vessel for someone to shift players because of an agent.
