Kinda, but this season they've sold players for £70m and not bought anyone other than Alaba on a free transfer. Last season they didn't buy anyone either but sold players for about £90m. I know they're in europe but they already have Ogbonna and Dawson as first choice, Creswell plays more as LCB these days, Rice can play there in emergency and also have Issa Diop and Balbuena as backup CBs although guess one of them is moving on in next few days.
